Develop User Interfaces for complex web applications including the design and implementation of web pages and JavaScript interface components. Work with key stakeholders and UX Designers to develop features for new and existing products.
Develop early high - level and/or detailed prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
Employ your skills with the latest dynamic web 2.0 technologies (AJAX) to develop elegant, engaging, dynamic user experiences.
Work with video and web technologies including video capture, encoding, delivery and viewer presentation of video and other digital content.
Strong teamwork, leadership and communication with product development teams including Product Managers, User Experience designers, UI and Software platform engineers.
Expert skills and knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XHTML and thorough understanding and experience in building dynamic web UI using component based toolkits such as Dojo, YUI, Backbone, etc.
Demonstrated experience in all phases of web application development from initial concept and product requirements to design, development, testing and release deployment
Strong, clean visual design sense.
Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Expertise or working knowledge of video formats (Windows Media, MPEG, Flash), players and streaming technology is a plus.
