  • Used the InterVoice Invision/IQTalk product since 2003 to maintain and develop current and new IVR applications and used the Cisco CVP VXML/Java product since 2007 to convert existing InterVoice Invision applications since 2007.
  • Updated and maintained the HR and Vendor Services IVRs using InterVoice’s Invision product. Converted the Vendor Services IVR database interface from db2 to Oracle to enable vendors to collect the latest payment information for their outstanding invoices.
  • Completed coding and testing of the ATLAS IVR (Automated Technician Login Administration System) migration from Embarq to the Sprint InterVoice Invision platform.
  • Coded the Retail Sales IVR for migration to the Cisco CVP platform.
  • In the process of converting the HR, Vendor Services, and ATLAS IVRs to the Cisco CVP VXML platform. Process was to be completed by the end of the year.
  • Converted the current InterVoice IVR applications from State Tables to event driven resulting in a 50% reduction in the size of the application wif a corresponding 40 to 50% increase in processing speed.
  • Develop new applications for and maintain InterVoice Invision IVRs for 2 call centers, located in Panama City Beach, FL and Las Vegas, NV. Developed IVR application modules for Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Collections and Credit departments. Interfaced IVR applications wif SQL Server databases, SiBase databases, Oracle database, NCO e-payments (using https post and get via internet connections), and custom APIs to interface wif the company’s custom billing system, Ensemble. Used PcAnywhere to remotely maintain and install IVR applications. Wifin 3 months of hire, changed the 3-6 months turnaround to a 14 day turn around for changes and maintenance. IVR still functioning as designed six years later.
  • Developed the verbiage to play in the menu prompts, recorded and loaded the prompts using in-house talent and Sound Forge recording product until the prompts could be recorded professionally. Interfaced wif department heads to gather requirements for new and enhanced IVR applications.
  • Developed an alert system for the IVRs to send an email notifying the Telecom group when an interface or switch was down.
