Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML, HTML and CSS Web Services integration experience
Strong knowledge of the Service Now data model and relationships such as CMDB, Asset, etc
Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment.
Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified ServiceNow CMDB as well as integrating data between ServiceNow instances and other monitoring tools
Strong knowledge on the discovery methods, like SCCM and other tools
Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS and integration with ServiceNow
Preferred Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Should have good communication skills
Good-to-Have
Experience in IT Service Management process & tools
Conversant with Incident management & other tools integrations
Process improvement experience and understanding of IT assets and processes
