• The Risk System is a system designed to help world-class customer service by:

• An important focus of GRS is to deliver increasing levels of functionality for the risk management suite of applications. The strategy is to synchronize the process, technology, and organizational components into a well-balanced operational foundation.
• Credit and Collections is a host based platform for customer credit and fraud inventory management. It has various capabilities which include resource control, significant event processing, case actions, case action history summary and tracking, work-list management and automated dialer.

Responsibilities

• Providing solutions to technical requirements/issues and being responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements by following SDLC 2.0.
• Interaction with business/clients/users as part of requirement gathering and due diligence.
• Follow SDLC 2.0 process and guidelines to deliver solutions
• Perform project level work/time effort estimations
• Thoroughly understand the Requirements and develop detailed design.
• Maintain high team morale mentor junior team members and bring them to speed in creating deliverables.
