  • Confidential is a Ford corporate intranet web based application for tracking various Pre-Delivery Inspection PDI activities that the imported cars will undergo at the Vehicle Development Centre VDC of PAG Import, Inc. in Toyohashi Port Japan before delivery to the Dealer destinations in Japan. The vehicle activities tracking is done for 4 brands of vehicles imported by PAG- Japan and processed at VDC Toyohashi and the brands are: Volvo, Ford, Jaguar and Land Rover. Around 120 vehicles are processed online through the POEMS application every business day with around 150 concurrent users.
  • The data captured during the PDI activities of the vehicle immediately after arrival at Toyohashi port, until they are dispatched to Japanese dealers, are continuously processed online as well as batch and extensive screen-based reports are generated periodically for calculating the Accounts including various sub-contractor Costs involved.
