Migration - Cordys was migrated from BOP 4.3 to OpenText AppWorks 16.6 Platform (completed on Feb 2020) with the Upgraded Database from SQL . I was a part of the whole migration process and since January 2020, working on the same platform.
Travel Desk - New Application implemented for all employees to get the approval for their tours and travel plans and notify HR Team to book travel tickets and accommodations. Fixed Budget is uploaded by AF Team which all departments can use and plan travel plan accordingly. Monthly scheduler was made to fetch the pending amounts and add to the current month unutilized amount.
New ISD (In-shop Demonstrators) Requisition and Exclusive Showroom Requisition - New Application for LE-Marketing Team to get the approvals and details of showrooms on system.
Employee Claim Management System (ECMS) - New Budget Mapping was implemented department wise for monthly cost control.
Automation in tracing the Approval process of Applications - Made Schedulers for both Initiators and Approvers to remind them to approve/reject the requests of all applications.
Design and Download of Reports in all Applications - Each application was added with the Excel download of the requests.
