Responsibilities:

I am required to maintain a relationship with reps as well as sign new reps in territories that I feel the need for more representation. I have developed a close relationship with customers and feel that they have trust in me to get them the best pricing and availability that I can.
I am responsible for writing and tracking quotes, cold calls and troubleshooting customers equipment issues. I also log the information in our CRM software. I am also responsible for trip reports and expense reports.

Responsibilities:

Some of my responsibilities as a CAD Manager and Field Service Technician are maintaining CAD software for the HSS division. I assist in design of various types of heavy duty equipment. I have managed numerous projects within my division. I have attended various trade shows within the power industry as both a vendor and visitor to get a better feel for the industry and for a transition into a future sales management position.
