Paralucent was engaged by Deloitte to re - write their WIP (Work In Progress) system. This back-office system was built using classic ASP and VB6, and needed to be updated to ASP.NET to conform to corporate standards. I originally contracted to maintain and expand Universal Tranware's custom built middleware, which is responsible for transporting messages between Android applications and legacy back-office systems. Later, I architected and developed a new middleware system which ran on the MULE ESB platform.
Additionally, I developed a number of major features for their Android tablet and smart phone applications, including: geo-location and payment gateway integration.
