  • Built server infrastructure to support new ERP/CRM system from IFS North America. Procured data center servers to support Hyper-V clustering to avoid outages in the event of a hardware failure. Added new servers at each site to support infrastructure redesign and take advantage of virtualization and new Dell hardware. Reduced support and maintenance of seven separate ERP systems to one.
  • Wrote and implemented an RFP for a new MPLS network with a major communications carrier. Replaced IPSec VPN Tunnel over the Internet with secure MPLS network between five sites in US and one in Ireland. Secured Internet connectivity through managed firewall service with the MPLS provider.
