Supplier Management: Confidential ’s current manual process for handling and managing suppliers will be automated. The Servista Solution will allow major functions like tracking PO’s and P&L calculation to be optimized.
E-Bill Generation: Currently Confidential ’s customer cannot view the details of their bills over. E-bill will allow the details of recent bills to be displayed over the extranet and billing details to be sent to the customer through e-mail. Introduction of E-billing would be a step forward in enhancing the customer experience.
