- Worked on site at end client Entergy’s New Orleans office. Participated in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Entergy’s Confidential finance integration project.Currently performing Confidential support duties after go live (DevOps), for both HR and finance.

It receives claims from scan, fax,or iCare ( Confidential ’s main claim processing system), allows agents to process claims, and then sends back determinations to the originating system.
