I manage a crew to 40 associates. I direct them in their daily work function. I calculate our receiving and put away numbers to make sure that we are hitting our UPH. If we are not hitting our UPH I will adjust the ratio of our receivers and put away, so we will be on track to hit UPH.I also help out with problem solving. I use WMS daily. I calculate our CPU to see where our department needs help. I am on the Safety committee, i am also certified by Raymond as a fork lift instructor. I created a "cheat sheet" that new hires and associates would carry on them that they would refer to when they needed help. This is now being implemented across the whole company. I work in Inventory Control. I handle all the damaged, wrong products, that come into the warehouse. i contact the clients and advise them what we should do with the products.
