Responsibilities:
- The Clearing Derivatives application suite consists of more than 70 individual applications
- Maintenance, development and enhancement of the Clearing Derivatives applications using SQL, Shell Scripts, Power shell and Perl Scripts. These are used for new user request, bug fix, client reports.
- Address the user queries (Conquest tickets) and setup KPI values for the applications for which i am the Prod Owner.
