• Two (2) years 8 months working as Lead Systemization & Completion Engineer/Commissioning Engineer at Brunei Shell Petroleum, Brunei Darussalam .Three (3) years and seven (7) months working as Project Completion Engineer / Completion Engineer of Confidential .
• More than six (6) years as Project Completion Engineer / Lead E / I Commissioning Engineer. One (1) year and seven (7) months as Senior Commissioning Engineer / Project Completion Engineer. Four (4) years as Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Instrument Commissioning Engineer, five (5) years as System Commissioning Engineer / Instrument Commissioning Engineer . Eight (8) years supervision of pre - commissioning, commissioning and start up of Gas compression and dehydration platforms .
• Overall, more than thirty three years ( 33 ) years of working experience in onshore fabrication, pre-commissioning and testing, offshore hook up and commissioning and start up, as well as engineering and project management of the following oil and gas facilities .

• Vast experience in fabrication and pre-commissioning of offshore production platform for EPMI-Esso production of Malaysia Incorporated. Assigned as an Instrument Supervisor for the complete and pre-commissioning of the project. Coordinates and administers the projects to ensure construction and pre-commissioning meets the quality of work,schedules,specifications,applicable engineering codes and standards .
• Prepare commissioning and acceptance report for the hand over of the project .
• Hook up and commissioning of eight EPMI- production Platforms, six gas compression module and one gas compression / dehydration module, supervise instrument hook up, commissioning, start up and maintainance of process and utilities and electrical equipment of the platforms and living quarters.
• Involved in preparation of bid proposals, detail engineering, estimating and project execution . Assigned as checker for electrical / instrument drawings for construction, estimates,material take off,manpower,equipment and test equipment schedule in preparation for the project execution. Prepares installation and commissioning procedures of process instruments and electrical equipment.
• Systemization of Approved for Construction drawings ( PEFS/UEFS,SLD, Block Diagram) and other relevant drawings for the development of mechanical completion and pre-commissioning packs.
• Validate tag list and allocate relevant check sheets as per approved equipment type prior to upload into completion management system(GoCCMS./ GoCompletion & Win PCS).
• Development of Mechanical Completion & Commissioning Hand Over Dossiers and hand over to operations prior to start up.
• Informed construction on pre-commissioning / commissioning work sequences according to system priorities and highlight critical works to facilitate planned commissioning activities
• Categorized / summarized punch list per sub system and send to construction personnel for rectification prior to hand over to operation and introduction of hydrocarbon.
• Organized interface meeting between the company and contractor project team with regards to the issuance Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, System Readiness, Ready for Star Up and assist the project engineer on the issuance of Statement of Fitness
• Performed Tri-Party walk down with Operation Representative, Lead Commissioning Engineer and Contractor Representative prior to the issuance of Mechanical Completion (MCC) and Pre-commissioning (PCC).
• Commissioning of high voltage/low voltage switchgears, motor control centers, emergency diesel generators, power transformers and testing of power system protective relays.

• Control System, Shutdown System,Fire & Gas System, Pneumatic Emergency Shutdown

• Lead the commissioning and startup of gas dehydration and glycol regeneration system with the Glycol system representative.
