  • Conducted the project management functions for the Global Desktop Support (GDS) desktop Integration project, specifically to bring the the Bank of New York functions into the JPMorgan division of Chase Bank. I performed all the coordination and facilitation of all IT activities including moving personal and corporate files, home and share data, as well as application integration required for the end user desktop support for all users migrating to the bank.
