The purpose of this Export Compliance Workbook is to provide the employees entities in EMEA with a tool, which will help them to fulfill the requirements of International Trade Compliance Group Policy. The employees will be able to use the tool to determine whether US export license is required for parts of a sales order to any embargoed countries like Iran, Sudan and Syria. The user will need to answer a series of questions, which will help them determine whether US license is required. It will allow users to do the content calculation to determine how much percentage of the product is US content. This content calculation is a key input in determining the license requirements. The Legal team will get notified for products that need a US license.
