  • Serve as team lead and principal architect for a team working to create data marts and business intelligence reports and dashboards. BU is a PeopleSoft shop and is utilizing Oracle’s EPM and OBIEE products to deliver data to the university. The entire infrastructure is housed by Oracle. We have leveraged as much of the delivered solution as possible, and have created several new data marts that are a much better fit for the unique ways the university utilizes PeopleSoft. I served as the lead starting with modeling the marts SQL Developer Data Modeling tool through designing and developing reports and dashboards. It is a new way of thinking for the executives there and a significant amount of coaching is involved in how to create requirements and utilize dashboards and analysis.
