- General .NET 3.5 or 4.0 was used for simulations. Unit-testing done via NUnit/Moq. DI was done using Ninject and in later prototypes StructureMap.

- SQL Server 2008 design - For 30 tables / 20 stored procedures.
- Implemented a TELNET/SSH/FTP/SFTP terminal application for facilitating the patching of bootrom code within a network element (NE). This helped to save almost 1M $ in support costs to avoid returning NEs that had a bootrom issue.
- Optimized various memory footprint issues for an ENMS. Improvements resulted in a 100% increase in its startup performance.
- Created circuit query interface for L2 service access.
- Enhanced a class to parallelize network circuit discovery across network elements. This improved start-up performance of circuit discovery by 20-40%.
- Created several components: matcher library, dual list box, sparse number set, generic delegator, memory sizer/telnet “scripting” framework
