Confidential, is the web application that automates the process of requesting and submitting asset valuations. These valuations are stored in application itself, building a database of information on assets and values. This database enables you to retrieve the information quickly and limits the number of exceptions generated. CBM generates an exception whenever the application cannot generate a value automatically. When as exception is generated the request is assigned to the Asset Management Analysis Group. The team then responds to the request online. The automated process helps sales representative, risk analysts, residual analysts and asset management analysts to deliver on time to the customers. This application is storing data in oracle database.
Responsibilities:
- Worked on Informatica designer components -Source Analyzer, warehouse designer, Mapping Designer, Mapplets Designer and Transformation Developer.
- Involved preparation of the low level design(LLD) documents for Informatica Mappings

E-Rooming is a system to distribute rooming lists to hoteliers. Bookings and associated room information will be taken from third party system into the E-Rooming system during the overnight processes which runs from the cron to load the table .Bookings from third party database are passed over night into third party system where they are allocated to hotels and rooms as appropriate using the auto allocation functionality in third party system. Once this is complete all new and changed bookings are extracted and loaded into ware house. Application used for the resort Office users which are used to manage, release and check bookings. And the application used for the hoteliers to access the booking for their own accommodation units via the web. It will be possible to sort booking information and print it in varying levels of detail. All changes or access to bookings will be recorded using auditing functions. Third party system is hosted on IBM mainframe. Overnight booking information is extracted from third party system and sent to Eroom system. The same will be loaded into Eroom's warehouse. Similarly hourly extract comes from third party system during business hours; the same will be loaded into Eroom's system.
