- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), October 2015 - April 2018. Responsible for a fourteen (14) person team that redesign teh existing Work Management System (WMS) and teh Failure Investigation Module (FIM) as well as design and deliver a new Facility Response Plan (FRP) system and a new Contact Management System (CMS) using Oracle’s Fusion Middleware suite (ADF, OEM,BPM, BPEL, OBIEE, BI Publisher, OAM, OVD, OID, UCM, Web Portal). Additionally, PHMSA requested EDC to review teh existing infrastructure and provide recommendations to fine tune their hardware.
- Designed and developed a new cloud computing infrastructure to host teh PHMSA portal and applications.
- Created a new WMS portal that will house all PHMSA applications, as part of teh process our team migrated many of legacy application to teh new portal.
