SUMMARY:

  • Developing and Maintaining Architectures, data architecture, security, integration best practices, technology standards, technical documentation, overall architectural recommendations, and navigating the IT organization in the defined areas are key aspects to be successful in this role
  • Responsible for working with IT Security, Compliance, Legal, and the VMO for a variety of applications including CRM, ERP, and 3rd party with system standards of both Commercial and Residential Solutions (ComRes) and Client Corporate
  • Identify application, system, and/or technology strengths and suggest areas for improvement
  • Identify, influence & implement improvements on Marketing Automation & CRM capabilities, Technology implementation practices
  • Communicate application and technology problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users
  • Ensure Client Corporate and Client ComRes Technologies standards compliance
  • Provides advice and guidance in execution of integration projects to meet project objectives on - time and within budget
  • Contributes with CRM and IT members to define an integrated, strategic technology roadmap and integration architecture
  • Minimum 10 years overall CRM, Technology, and Information System experience
  • Experience with Architecture principles, frameworks, guidelines, and best practices
  • Experience or exposure in Documenting IT/IS Development - including Requirements Gathering, Future Design Flows/Processes (including Data and System Integration models), Functional and Technical Specifications, Test. Scenarios/Scripts, and Project Activity tracking
  • Experience or exposure to any (or all) CRM on-demand, Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Oracle Applications is required
  • Experience with or exposure to:
  • SOAP and REST API’s at a high level
  • API Gateways
  • Basic Cloud Security and Architecture of AWS, Azure, and Oracle
  • SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS concepts and how they apply to technology acquisitions
  • Data Privacy regulations for US, Canada, and Europe
  • Marketing, Sales and Service Processes (lead to Order, Call to Service, etc)
  • Core capabilities of Marketing, Service and Sales Force Automation tools sets
  • Oracle CRM OD, Saleforce’s Marketing & Sales Cloud, Eloqua, Oracle Service Cloud, and any other marketing, sales, service industry cloud solutions
  • High level Oracle functional areas and technologies
  • Oracle Development Practices, and change management practices
  • Integration concepts using Middleware/SOA and other integration technologies
  • Business Analyst capabilities as required for Process and Software evaluations
  • Network and Server Architectures and topologies
  • MS Active Directory, Email, Office and Other back office services
  • Be able to translate business requirements to software tools
  • Experience with third party integrations with CRM On-demand, Salesforce, Service Cloud, Oracle Applications is highly desirable
  • Experience or exposure to IoT, Big data, API, and other emerging technologies is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
