- For 18 years, I have been a Hands - on Functional Consultant/Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Hands-On Functional Solution Architect in Oracle’s R12.2.4 EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) full suite of HCM product offerings and Oracle Fusion HCM.
