CQP (Customer Qualifying Process) Project was developed to take in information provided by Loan Officers and enter them into the Banking System Process called ARGO. This Banking System qualifies customer eligibility towards consumer loans.CQP also process property appraisals requests and flood certificate requests.This project was expected to result in significant reduction in the application processing time and thus an improved customer experience.
