Summary of Experience:
- Full life cycle development of the GA Health Partnership Multi-Healthnet (GHP MHN) and the SC Medicaid Eligibility Determination System (MEDS). With both projects, the Member Eligibility subsystem was written to meet the federal DHHS HIPAA guidelines and EDI transaction sets. The GHP project was also designed and written to uniquely interface with the State of GA employee benefits plans that include private insurance carriers.
