The employees can choose the daily benefit level and portable coverage options. Employees can also enroll for Short Term Disability Coverage or Long Term Disability Coverage plan and choose from various coverage options.The application also generated a wide array of scheduled reports for higher management reviews.

The \'Benefits Enrollment Online\' System was developed to automate Benefit Enrolments for Wachovia Employees. It is a custom application developed for the Human Resources Department and the user base included all employees who were eligible for benefits. The Project was implemented in different phases which included New Employee Enrollment, Life & Employment Event Processing, Enrollment Renewals and several other modules. Employees could submit their benefit choices when joining the company, during yearly renewals or based on any life/employment events. The system also generates a wide array of scheduled reports for targeted audiences including but not limited to the Executive Management, HR Department, Infrastructure Teams and Insurance Partners.
