- Implement most changes to Production using CHANGMAN & Endevor.
- In 2002, I was the responsible person for automation of the RPPPS process which was recognized by the Users as highly successful project. This project was an interface between ALS and the Recovery Systems. The new changes saved significant amount of time and manual effort for our clients.
- Before this automation, our clients were manually using a combination of several User Fields to flag a particular loan as repossessed. My changes automated the entire operations.
- Another successful project that I accomplished was the ‘Expansion of the Dealer Locations’. That project affected numerous other programs and required several file fixes. I was responsible for all the programming changes as well as the developments and executions of the file fix jobs.
- In 2007 while working on an assignment involving changes to the outgoing AUTOBAHN File, I discovered that the majority of the data on that file were in error. The Program creating that file was an EZT Program that was looking at a wrong location of the master record for the non-accrual field. My further analysis discovered that the EZT program had many other issues. I proposed and after some positive effort convinced my supervisor that the EZT program should be replaced by an API program. I then used the logic of the EZT program to develop my API Program. Furthermore, I demonstrated to the Business Analyst and the Client that majority of the internal tables for Assets Classifications was also wrong. It took three months to complete the project properly and to the satisfactions of the client.
- To provide continuous User support, I developed huge number of API and Standard COBOL Programs and their related executing Jobs.
