Elicit and gather Business Requirements from a variety of client teams to automate ordering and billing activities for National Consumer and Small Business Wireline line of business.
Participate in Requirements Gathering and JAD sessions. Assist in drafting User Stories.
Write Business Requirements Document if required.
Assess all incoming IT projects for development, testing and support impacts for 6 applications.
