  • Supported developers and business partners with Oracle Retail Merchandise System (RMS) enhancements and production support always maintaining a big picture cross functional mindset.
  • Effectively partnered with technical teams on RMS development for up and downstream systems integration, including: Warehouse Management (WM), Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Reporting, Customer Order Management, WEB and POS.

  • Created RMS requirements to customize an existing screen, test cases, scenarios and scripts, executed testing and managed UAT. Users could allocate units to stores systematically generating transfers out of the FC. (RMS, WM)
  • Implemented a customized version of RPM for Confidential Rack to generate markdowns at a Style/Color level. This provided clearance retail at SKU level for batching to POS.
  • Updated ticket printing to contain “Compare At” retail and calculate total markdown percent. (RPM, RMS, POS, RSS re-ticketing and Backroom Re-ticketing)
  • Managed foundational support and coordination of the annual Anniversary Sale event for three years. Created requirements and implemented system customizations and partnership with Web, Customer Order Management and POS.
  • Managed, supported and reduced work efforts around clearance events by improving processes resulting in the elimination of 44 data extracts and email communications to the Merchant teams.
