He played a key role in interface designs between systems and provided a common solution that each team could leverage to get a consistent results across all systems.
Being a self-starter by nature, Confidential helped a startup company to roll out software-as-a-service clinical trial solution and deployed it in AWS Cloud infrastructure using Java, Spring Framework, and Oracle. Apart from the domain specific issues relating to clinical trials, technical challenges had to be addressed such as how to create S3 image of necessary pre-loaded / pre-installed collection of software so that rapidly standing up a ready-to-use environment is like just instantiating a chosen configuration. This product was not built for any specific customer but various models could be configured e.g. clinical trial site only, sponsor only, regulatory only, or as a standalone SaaS that could be used by sponsor companies, clinical trial sites, and regulatory bodies.
As a product subject matter expert, Confidential led workshops for a heavy machinery, equipment and component company to intelligently recommend correct configuration that depended on work site environment like mining versus road construction versus building a skyscraper as well as non-engineering aspects like budget and maintenance requirements. Subsequent to workshops, Confidential built an archetype; presented a demo showcasing product capability and the customer specific customization strategy. The customer appreciated the insights and awarded additional design phase.
An online trading company with more than 3 million vehicle listings from 40,000 dealers and 250,000 private owners attracting 14 million qualified buyers each month had the challenge to cut down order-to-cash from 8 days to 1 day. A solution was already implemented but was very difficult to rollout new offerings. Confidential identified a key bottleneck in the implemented solution; he then designed, developed, and deployed an enhancement that removed instability from the solution and simplified complex QA process to simple peer-verification.
Executed several large projects in different roles including surgically separating applications, users, and processes from two aerospace giants and merging into another single environment. He helped companies chalk out the roadmap for compliance, cost reduction, and revenue generation. Confidential led centers of excellence and provided thought leadership be software product development or best practices.
