Served as the Product Manager for Click Commerce's Service Parts Planning tool. This role required discussions with various customers to understand requirements, writing product enhancement specifications and the maintenance of the published product roadmap.

Acted as project lead on more than 13 successful implementations of Click Commerce's Service Parts planning tool including a multi-year, full global implementation for our largest customer. Project included multiple enhancement releases with associated functional definition, testing, training and release.

Implemented a plant-wide Total Quality Management program for a large upstate electronics manufacturer. Program included establishment of Plant Steering Committee, development of problem solving teams and development and presentation of facilitator training programs. Plant successfully implemented work cells and significantly improved quality levels.

Developed and implemented a Central Order Entry Department to provide on-line centralized order entry for 5 manufacturing facilities and 10 distribution centers. Improved and standardized service for existing product lines. Implemented several new marketing programs.
