- Responsible for training current and new full-time and temporary warehouse associate on WN System usage and warehouse procedures to ensure the quality of inbound and outbound product preparation, handling, sorting, put-away, staging, and loading.
- Assists warehouse associate in resolving system, equipment or procedures related issues as they occur.
