  • Led Proactive File Monitoring project - an eight-month, $500,000+ project that delivered new secure file transfer functionality. This enabled internal business partners to setup file monitoring, to be alerted when the defined file missed its identified arrival time and to enter follow-up actions. Project provided means to eliminate costs and customer dissatisfaction associated with unidentified, missed incoming files.
