Led a team of four to develop a strategic business analysis for a client. Using Ansoff ‘s Model the team evaluated Future Environmental Turbulence, the company’s strategy(marketing aggressiveness, innovation aggressiveness, technology application) and the firm’s capacity (organizational factors) to respond to the turbulence. Finally, recommendations were made to correct areas of the firm with critical and serious impacts on profits.
Led a team of three to perform stock portfolio analysis for 3 stocks held over a period of 2 months. Analysis includes individual company financial performance, portfolio return, market condition, economic condition. Lesson learned includes importance of “diversification” in reducing market risks in stock portfolios.
Perform financial analysis of companies viz-a-viz their competitors by calculating financial ratios and percentage returns on stocks to help clients select firms to be included in stock portfolios. This effort led to over 40% increase in returns for stock portfolios’ investors.
