The second application allows Boeing managers to schedule airplane modifications for 6 different modification sites worldwide. The third application allows Boeing users to manage all processes related to airplane repairs AOG worldwide. Activities included planning WBS, assigning resources, communicating with the offshore development team at TCS Tata Consultancy Services in India and with Boeing customers.
