- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams and Business users / client during the initial Requirements gathering phase, facilitate meetings and help them with necessary collaterals from an End to End IT solution perspective .
- Understand the Business Requirements and map them to the functional requirements of IT systems namely Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Operations Support Systems (OSS), Middle - ware (EAI), Order Management System (OMS), Inventory Management system, Partner Relationship Management, Customer Self Service (CSS) Portal and Billing systems in order to create an As-Is and To-Be baseline
