Responsibilities:

My role in the PMO was coordinating new projects from requirements gathering to deployment mostly for Promotions that generated new Revenue.
My role included working closely with the Accounting Department for the complexity of Presell and Onboard accounting for my projects.
I was responsible for the project that added the ability to Presell Onboard Credits (OBCs) in the presell environment to enhance revenue before the actual Sailing.
I was responsible for several projects (Presell Priority Package, Upsell Beverage Package and Upsell WiFi Packages) that allowed the ability to purchase them in the Presell environment. These packages generated over 10 million dollars in new revenue in the first 6 months.
I coordinated with all Business Teams (Call Center, NCL.com, GDS, Mobile App, Onboard PMS and Travel Agencies) to successfully complete these projects.
I coordinated with all IT Teams (reservations, web development, mobile app development, QA, internal developers, onboard systems, Data Warehouse and BI developers for reporting.
The IT shop was using both Agile (NCL.com and Mobile App) and waterfall methodologies within the same projects.
I was responsible for creating new document templates (example BRD that is now there standard) for better structure for the SDLC process.
I worked with the Steady State Team on Production issues when I was able to contribute.
