  • This was an infrastructure effort to confirm the migration of applications and then decommission servers in Confidential ’s Elk Grove Village Data Center. The scope involved an investigation of each server with Confidential ’s business and technical owners to determine the migration status of each application on the server, so the server can be decommissioned. Once approved tickets were generated to execute the decommissioning of the server.

  • Managed Agency’s computer related inventory, valued at ~$250M. Responsible for forecasting and procuring new desktop components and maintaining the inventory levels of replacement and spare parts, necessary for our maintenance and repair operation MRO .
  • Managed the operational component of an 8 month transition from a two vendor operation Confidential & CompuCom to a single integration/warehouse provider in 2006 CompuCom, reducing integration/warehouse expenditures by ~$3M annually.
  • Key member of Agency’s Technology Strategic Planning Team; considered a subject matter expert on vendor relationships; sourcing/ management and warehouse/inventory operations. Consulting, on a regular basis, with Allstate’s Senior Agency Leadership on vendor performance and operations.
