Responsibilities:

  • Collect and utilize historical information from company’s archive related to the project to understand the business case, identify key stakeholders, gathering initial requirements, and draft the Project Charter.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in conjunction with vendors to acquire effective requirements and tools for the project as part of initial budget planning/approval.
