POE was developed utilizing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software program and was a critical document with gaining Milestone A approval. Cost estimation model incorporated CO$TAT and risk components, as well as learning curve theory and linear regression.
  • Developed and drafted Independent Government Cost Estimates for Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR) Distributed Device (D3) and Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) Integration and Technical Services programs.   • Championed the development of Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and a cost model for TSA’s Office of Human Capital (OHC) Personnel Futures Program. Efforts led to the accurate estimation of HR Services for TSA’s human capital division. Cost estimation model was built using ACEIT software and included risk components and linear regression as well as inflation tables constructed by myself.
  • Led the development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for TSA’s screener development. IMS played a pivotal role in the client being able to identify their budget and spending across all projects.

  • Took the initiative to learn challenging Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software program to develop and create LCCE.
