  • I was the first person to be on-board. I came up with staffing needs, order of magnitude, high-level architecture & product outlook.
  • As a Technical Lead & Scrum Master, I started a project from scratch, to build a Contract Management solution & an offline turnaround handling desktop solution using in-house suite of libraries built on JavaScript.
