• Built Riverpoint Writer RPW patent pending, Apollo Group's APA formatting tool and Word plugin currently in wide use by University of Phoenix's students. • Built the CWE Toolbar, a Word plugin that is in wide use by UOPX's paper reviewers and some faculty. It is a tool that pastes in standardized review comments into students' papers.
