- Performed thorough review and revision of previously documented requirements for a stalled project (previous vendor had been removed from the project) for a complete rewrite of client’s public facing website, both desktop & Mobile. This project was a consolidation of several websites for acquired subsidiaries into a cohesive corporate site across their entire company, and involved gaining consensus across all divisions for major sets of functionality, while allowing a certain level of independence for each sub, using Sitecore CMS and page templates to provide this balance.
