Project Co-Ordinator / IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

This was a six-month placement. The role was divided into two elements, Project Co-Ordinator and IT Support Analyst.
The Project Coordination role involved maintaining, administrating and continually improving the PPM and PMO tools and processes.
When working in the IT Support Analyst role, the main tasks involved answering IT queries on the helpdesk via phone and email; troubleshooting client queries and remotely accessing computers and servers to identify and solve problems.
I also got the opportunity to go on site as a consultant at The Mater Hospital Dublin, upgrading users from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
