- Statements Pricing application is a source system for multiple services like Combined Statement, Relationship pricing/Packages offered by the bank. Combined Statement is a service that combines more than one account into a single statement. Relationship Pricing/Packages is a service that links one or more accounts together to waive Monthly Maintenance Fee MMF on the primary account. SPX records these linkage structures via DB2 stored procedure/Web service request from different banking channels and feeds other batch systems like statement notification engine. SPX also services the retrieval/maintenance of the stored information for different banking channels. The application is built with good flexibility by defining the business eligibility rules in code tables and identifies what products can be linked in a service. The application is designed with two identical data centers DB2 Q replication enabled as part of business strategy for business continuity, fail over/fall back, disaster recovery.
