  • CMIPS II: Worked as Project Manager for The Case Management, Information and Pay rolling System (CMIPS) for California that tracks nearly 400,000 cases statewide. The system was designed to processes over $4 billion in annual payments for services provided to elderly, disabled, or blind individuals so that they can remain in their own homes under the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP implementation: Spearheading a global $20M project to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP application healthcare devices manufacturing industry. Four ERP implementation included Japan, Europe, Costa Rica, and US locations. It included development of more than 300 customizations to meet business requirements. The integrated ERP solution would bring company to the cutting edge technology for streamlined manufacturing operations, customer service and FDA and SOX Compliance worldwide in healthcare industry.
