  • Proposed and launched major products for teh company: Operator Services, 3 different Prepaid Calling Card products and Nationwide Directory Assistance service. Together, these products grossed $10 million annually.

  • Launched Excel’s first prepaid calling card on 11/2/98, a seasonal card designed as a “holiday giveaway” to be presented by our independent representatives to their customers within a matching greeting card. Sold 40,000 prepaid cards in 2 weeks and re-ordered for additional sales. $140K in revenue.
  • Launched Excel Canada’s first postpaid calling card; $10K revenue in first month.
  • Responsible for all provisioning steps for servicing our customers (products included residential and business long distance, calling card, pager, PIN 800, and 800 services).
  • Transitioned Excel from using a turn-key PIC solution offered by a single carrier, to managing our own PIC activity directly with all teh LECs, CLECs, and 5 carriers.
