Description / Objective

  • ADSC BI Support Administration supports the BI reporting and ETL applications of the different Cummins business units namely Component Business Unit CBU , Power Generation Business Unit PGBU , Corporate Operations, Engine Business Unit EBU and Distribution Business Unit DBU . This project handles the day -to- day administration support of applications hosted in approximately 50 servers. The reporting application caters to the global user community supporting them in a variety of functionalities Sales, Finance, Distribution, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, After Sales support, Warranty, Demand Planning, etc

  • Playing the role of Server Administrator and Technical Lead completely responsible for the availability and stability of all the OBIEE, Informatica and BOXI environments

  • Centralized Processing Centre CPC is the Department of Income Tax for deploying information technology to the regular operations of tax computation and accounting. This is based on multiple Income tax rules and financials acts. This project is a gradual automation from the manual paper filing system to the fully automated online e-filing system. This is being implemented over different stages, in incremental phases. MIS Management Information System provides various categories of reports to CPC based on their day to day operations, gives insight about the operational statistics and thereby provides better capability for decision making. This application has about 40 existing reports which fall under different categories. These reports include executive dash boards, drill down reports and tabular reports. Management of MIS Reports involves development of new reports, support activities for existing reports, job monitoring and enhancements. The Reporting tool used is OBIEE 10g Siebel analytics with oracle 10g as back end.
