Manager, Fulfillment Systems Planning
Worked with various departments on implementing programming for new projects, system maintenance or enhancements to warehouse production, fulfillment and billing systems. This included gathering all requirements, overseeing testing, review of test data, rollout and monitoring production after rollout.
Managed the programming at third party letter shops, payment processing providers, and distribution center to ensure that tests/rollouts, marketing requirements, mailing support and projects/enhancements are implemented accurately and on time
Managed both the domestic and Canadian manifesting system, gathering requirements from Postal/Carrier services, overseeing the testing and the implementation of changes. This included service rate changes, manifest record layout changes and mailing label changes.
