- Provide support for Commuter Rewards programs, training and support for the CommuteTrak and SalesForce.com web applications, training and support for our TMA (Transportation Management Association) partners, data analysis and report writing services, and general automation of office processes.
- Responsible for customization and implementation of SalesForce, including converting data from ACT.
