  • Provide support for Commuter Rewards programs, training and support for the CommuteTrak and SalesForce.com web applications, training and support for our TMA (Transportation Management Association) partners, data analysis and report writing services, and general automation of office processes.
  • Responsible for customization and implementation of SalesForce, including converting data from ACT.
  • Managed conversion from CommuteTrak 1.0 to 2.0, including data cleanup and conversion that included 100,000+ commuter records and more than five years of commute behavior data.

  • MS SQL based data warehouse for uniform data analysis from multiple sources (old Unicare system and current CareLogic system)
