  • Involved wif teh development of a new report generation tool (IndustryPrint Process Modeler) for consultants to TEMPeffectively model, report and create consulting client artifacts. Included JAD sessions, wire-framing, report specifications and solution prototyping.

  • Conducted UX sessions (white boarding) to ensure teh new reports and tools had an improved user experience.
  • Planned, coordinated, facilitated, communicated, traced, and verified all business needs and requirements for all projects.
  • Communicated all business needs and requirements to teh architecture, development and QA teams as well as managing teh traceability and feasibility of requirements.
  • Provided recommendations for process improvement initiatives and aligned project requirements wif strategic initiatives.
  • Utilized various tools such as Tableau, Visio, Rational Requirements Composer, Requirements Pro, HP Quality Center, ARIS Business Architect, SharePoint 2010, and Enterprise Architect (BPMN modeling).
